Process Science Workshop
On Tuesday, December 19, we organize a Process.Science workshop. Delve into the world of Process Mining, where you learn about how you can gain new insights from data.
Dive into the world of process mining, where the real workings of your organization’s processes are uncovered. Instead of settling for superficial-level perceptions, discover your business processes through five crucial steps: from data to insightful revelations about process standardization.
During this free one-morning workshop on Dec. 19, you’ll dive into the core of Process Mining and the fundamentals of Power BI. After this training, you can use the Process Science plug-in for Power BI to gain insight into your processes and how to optimize them.
The program is as follows:
- 09.00 – 09.50 Why Process Mining.
- 09.50 – 10.00 Basics of Power BI
- 10.00 – 10.30 Understanding the Process mining visuals
- 10.30 – 11.00 Understanding the standard reports
- 11.00 – 12.30 Create your own process insights
- 12.30 – 13.00 Wrap Up
Investment
This workshop is given free of charge at our office. If you want to, you can even bring your own data set to work with! You will need your own laptop for practice though. If this is not possible, please let us know, and we will see if we have a training laptop available.
