How to utilize the Power Platform fully?

During this Masterclass, we will discuss the power of the Power Platform and how process mining further enhances it. We'll talk you through three scenarios that can improve your operations: Order2cash, an OnboardingApp, and a Customer Order Portal. During the Masterclass, interaction is at the forefront. That way you'll get all the answers you need.

The power of the Power Platform

The Power Platform is a combination of tools that flawlessly integrate with each other. This allows you to optimize many different business processes. During the masterclass, we will discuss the following three use cases:

Order2Cash (internal).

The Power Platform can automate the Order2Cash process by using Power Automate to manage billing, payment reminders and reporting. Additionally, Power BI can be used to create detailed analytics and dashboards to monitor cash flow and payment performance. Power Apps can be used to develop a user-friendly interface for internal use, reducing manual data entry.

OnboardingApp (internal).

Power Apps can be used to build an OnboardingApp that guides new employees through the onboarding process, including filling out forms, attending training and obtaining necessary approvals. Power Automate can automate workflows, such as requesting equipment or setting up access to systems. In addition, Power BI can be used to measure and improve the success of the onboarding process.

Customer Order Portal (external).

A Customer Order Portal can be developed with Power Apps to allow customers to place orders, track order statuses and contact customer service. Power Automate can provide integration with backend systems for order processing and communication. With Power BI, customers and the company can access dashboards to monitor order statistics and performance.
